By downloading Safubi Antivirus or creating a Safubi account you agree to these terms. If you use Safubi for an organisation, you confirm you may accept them on its behalf.
Safubi Antivirus is provided free of charge. Safubi DNS and Safubi VPN are subscription services with a free trial. Plan features and prices are listed on our pricing section and may change with 30 days' notice.
Subscriptions are billed monthly in Kenya Shillings. If a payment fails, the service may be paused until it is paid. You can cancel at any time; the service continues until the end of the paid period.
Do not use Safubi to break the law, attack other networks, resell the service without our written agreement, or try to overload or bypass our systems. We may suspend accounts that do.
No security product can stop every threat. Safubi reduces risk but does not guarantee that your devices will never be infected or that every unwanted site will be blocked. Keep backups and keep your software updated. Safubi may occasionally flag a safe file; you can restore it from quarantine.
We aim for high availability but the services are provided "as is" and may be interrupted for maintenance or reasons outside our control.
To the extent permitted by Kenyan law, our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the three months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect losses such as lost data or profits.
Safubi includes open-source software and community threat data, each under its own licence, listed in the app's install folder.
These terms are governed by the laws of Kenya, and disputes are subject to the courts of Kenya.
